This 7-day retreat is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and listen inward — in one of the most spiritually resonant places in India. McLeod Ganj, home to the Tibetan exile community and the Dalai Lama, is a sacred land where silence speaks and presence deepens.

Each day we’ll move through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and mindful walking, guided with care and intuition. We’ll visit local monasteries, meet Tibetan culture with respect, and hike to Triund, where the sky opens wide over the snow-capped Dhauladhar range.

You'll be nourished with fresh, fully vegan meals inspired by local and Ayurvedic traditions — food as a ritual of care, simplicity, and grounding.

This is a retreat for those longing to return to the essential, to move slowly, and to listen — with body, breath, and heart.

No experience is needed. Just a sincere curiosity and willingness to be present.
